Tracking, cookies and third-party services
When you visit this site we use a small number of services to measure how the site is used, run our advertising, and let you book a call with us. We’ve kept this list to the minimum we actually use.
Your choices
The first time you visit, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or open Preferences to choose per category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing in the Advertising or Session replay categories runs unless you opt in. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
We group tracking into these categories:

PostHog (analytics and session replay). Measures page views and key actions on our pages so we can see how the site is performing. We use the EU-hosted version of PostHog. Before you make a cookie choice, PostHog runs in a cookieless mode — no cookies and nothing stored in your browser; events are held only in memory and are not tied to any durable identifier (our lawful basis for this narrow, privacy-preserving measurement is legitimate interests). If you accept Analytics, PostHog stores a cookie so we can recognise repeat sessions. If you additionally accept Session replay & heatmaps, PostHog records your interactions with the page (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and navigation) and builds aggregate heatmaps — with all form inputs masked, so anything you type into a form is never captured. If you reject Analytics, PostHog is switched off entirely.
Google Ads & Google Analytics (advertising and measurement). If you accept the Advertising category, we load Google’s tag (gtag.js), which powers Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads remarketing and conversion measurement. We use Google Consent Mode, and no Google advertising or analytics tag loads, and no such cookie is set, unless you opt in.
Separately, when you submit one of our pilot forms, we report that conversion to Google Ads from our server so Google can optimise our ad spend. To do this we use the Google click identifier from the link you arrived on (read from the page address, never stored on your device), and — only if you consented to the Advertising category — your email address in a one-way hashed form (“enhanced conversions”). This server-side measurement does not place or read any cookie on your device. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare (hosting, security and storage). This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which provides our CDN and security/anti-abuse protection, and stores the data we hold about your enquiry (for example a pilot lead) together with a minimal, non-identifying record of the cookie choice you made. Cloudflare processes limited technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver and protect the site.
HubSpot Meetings (call booking). When you submit a pilot form, we embed HubSpot’s scheduler on the thank-you step so you can pick a time. HubSpot processes the booking details (your name, email, the time you chose). HubSpot is also where we manage our contacts.
Resend (transactional email). Sends the emails we exchange with you about the pilot (confirmations and follow-ups).
AI problem-solver. If you use the interactive problem-solver on our site, the text you enter is sent to a third-party AI model provider (via OpenRouter) to generate suggestions. Please don’t enter sensitive personal data into it.

How we store your personal information
Your information is stored securely on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice, and in any case no longer than 2 years after we have no ongoing business need, after which it is deleted.
